Artikkelin mukaan Sopheap on 25 -vuotias mies Phnom Penhistä ja hän aloitti bloggaamisen vuonna 2006. Sopheap lisää, että "Jos kaikki ajattelevat, ettei yksi ääni voi vaikuttaa, niin yksikään ääni ei tule kuuluviin. Voimme oppia toisiltamme ja ymmärtää erilaisia näkökulmia."

Today's Phnom Penh Post had an article about young Cambodian bloggers in its attached youth magazine Lift. I haven't had the chance to take a closer look at them but I'll go ahead and mention one to those who are interested. This was actually the only fully English blog on the list.
Sopheap is, by the way, a 25 year old guy from Phnom Penh and he started blogging in 2006. He says, "As democracy in Cambodia is still young, with restricted freedom of expression and media control, I feel that blogging is one of the most exciting and innovative uses of technology for implementing the right to expression and other fundamental rights. We can share news, express our opinion, communicate with each other and campaign through our blog." Sopheap adds that "If everyone thinks a voice cannot make an impact, then there will be no voice at all. We can learn from each other and understand different views."
